I had a fantastic stay for New Year’s at this gem of a hotel! I enjoyed a relaxing massage after exploring the beautiful city and appreciated the thoughtful touch of free coffee and toiletries. The only minor hiccup was that the bed felt a bit firmer than I’d prefer, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all! 🎉

Airport limousine bus access, covered link to Shinjuku Station, multiple convenience stores nearby
The room lacked basic cleanliness, the air conditioning was annoyingly loud!!! The self-service laundry situation could benefit from a locking system to avoid mix-ups. Dusty headboards and carpets are not ideal!!!

I enjoyed the cozy bed and the amazing convenience store on-site. The breakfast had a nice variety. however, the room wasn't as spacious as the photos suggested. I probably won't stay again.

The best part was the amazing location, so close to everything! Just wish the room was a bit cooler, it got stuffy at times. Overall, we had a great stay!

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.
The walls are paper thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Couples seeking solace
Really liked how the staff helped me when I had some questions. The convenience of having a small fridge in the room was a game changer for keeping drinks cold.
It wasn't exactly a budget pick but still acceptable.

comfortable stay with great access
I appreciated the efficient hotel lifts that made moving around quick. The check-in staff were helpful with luggage transmission, ensuring a smooth arrival process.
The self-service luggage storage area could be better organized.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
I had a great stay for 3 nights in a cozy room with an amazing view from the 25th floor breakfast area. The hotel's proximity to the two main subway lines made getting around Tokyo super easy. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for convenience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. However, I found the room to be a bit cramped for my liking.

Oh man, the fish at Fuunji was a game-changer! Fresh and flavorful, it's a culinary treasure just a hop away. Plus, the staff at the hotel were super friendly and the location was spot on, just a quick jaunt to all the action in Shinjuku!
But let's keep it real, the rooms were super cramped and kinda dusty. Not to mention, the furniture was outdated and the hard bed didn't exactly support luxurious dreams.

Our trip was super convenient with easy access to a nearby subway station. The convenience store downstairs was a lifesaver for snacks and drinks. We loved the cozy beds and good quality toiletries provided—perfect after a long day exploring. The hotel also has an amazing underground tunnel that connects to the metro, making rainy days hassle-free.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. My kids loved exploring the local convenience stores and dining options right in the building, and we even enjoyed a delightful trip to the nearby Shinjuku Park.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger bathroom would be great for families.

Comfortable stay but tricky to find
I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner. The location is super close to the station, but we got lost a few times trying to get back! The room was okay, nothing fancy, and it got pretty hot. Luckily, a fan helped out. The Italian place downstairs was a highlight for sure!
